Cancellation Policy

Salon Boujie Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Salon Boujie, every appointment is reserved especially for you. I value your time and ask that you value mine in return. 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be moved one time without penalty. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance, in addition to forfeiting the deposit. 🚫 No-Shows • If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. • Future appointments will require a deposit to rebook. ⚖️ Why This Policy Matters Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean I cannot fill your reserved time, which impacts both my business and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
