Le Boujie Studio Policies • Non-Refundable Fees: All consultation fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable. The consultation fee is a professional service fee for your scalp analysis and hair blueprint; it does not transfer toward the cost of hair services. • The "One-Time" Grace: For appointments booked in-studio, you are allowed one waived rescheduling transfer. • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: After your one-time grace transfer has been used, any future cancellation or no-show will result in an automatic $75 fee charged to your record. No exceptions. • The Re-initiation Rule: Consistency is key to your hair’s health. If you have been away from the studio for 6 weeks or longer, or if you cancel your regimen, you are required to re-initiate by booking a New Consultation or a New Client Session. • Service Agreement & Payment: By proceeding with the service after your consultation and "blueprint" review, you agree to the established plan and the total cost of the service. Full payment is mandatory upon completion of the service. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If there are any concerns regarding your hair, they must be addressed before leaving the studio chair. • Studio Integrity & Professionalism: Le Boujie Studio reserves the right to cancel or terminate any appointment immediately if a client’s conduct is deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or unprofessional. We maintain a high-standard, peaceful environment for all Residents; any behavior that compromises this atmosphere will result in a permanent discharge from the studio. • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if, upon assessment, we determine a client’s hair or scalp needs are beyond our scope of practice or if the client is not a fit for our regimen-based professional standards.
